What you need to know.
We've written this in plain language. It covers who we sell to, what the products are, how the regulatory framework works, and what your responsibilities are as a buyer. If you have questions, just ask.
Who we sell to
Mital Universal sells exclusively to licensed medical professionals, clinics, and qualified distributors. We do not sell to the general public or to individual patients.
To place an order, you need to be operating in a professional capacity - as a licensed physician, clinic operator, compounding pharmacy, or pharmaceutical distributor. We verify this before processing orders.
What our products are
Our products are high-purity peptide compounds supplied for professional use. They are not FDA-approved prescription drugs, and they are not dietary supplements.
Some compounds in our catalog have established regulatory pathways for licensed compounding pharmacies. Others are available for international markets. The product catalog clearly shows the availability status of each compound.
How the regulatory framework works (simplified)
In the United States, peptide compounds fall into a few categories:
- FDA-approved finished drugs available only through authorized channels.
- Compoundable compounds - like NAD+ and Sermorelin - that can be legally prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for individual patients with a valid prescription.
- Research or non-approved compounds that may be restricted depending on jurisdiction and intended use.
What you're responsible for as a buyer
When you purchase from Mital Universal, you take on responsibility for:
- Verifying that each product is legal to import, compound, dispense, or distribute in your jurisdiction.
- Ensuring use only under licensed professional oversight where required.
- Maintaining proper storage, handling, and cold-chain practices after receipt.
- Using products in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
If you're unsure about the regulatory requirements for a specific product in your jurisdiction, we recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare attorney or regulatory consultant before ordering.
Our quality commitment
Every product we supply is tested for purity (>=99% by HPLC), identity (mass spectrometry), and endotoxin levels. You receive a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis with every order. We do not supply products that do not meet these standards.
Products are stored and shipped at 2-8C with validated cold-chain packaging. Temperature logs are available on request.
